After careful consideration of our overall operational strategy and the changing market environment, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the official sunsetting of Soul of Eden on July 31, 2026.

We feel sorry for sharing this news and offer our sincerest apologies. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to every player who has supported and accompanied us on this journey.

To ensure an orderly conclusion and protect your rights, please review the following schedule and refund procedures.

  1. Service Closure & Store Delisting: July 01, 2026
  • In-game top-up and purchase features will be disabled.
  • The game will be removed from the App Store and Google Play. (Players who have already downloaded the game can continue to play until the official termination date.)
  1. Refund Application Period: July 01, 2026 ~ August 31, 2026
  • Applications submitted after this period will not be processed.
  • Please refer to the [Refund Procedures] section below for detailed instructions.

  • Players will no longer be able to log in to the game.
  • Customer support for refund-related inquiries will remain active until the refund process is completed. If you have any questions regarding refunds, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Center.

[Refund Procedures]

  1. Eligibility
  • Eligible Players: Players who have unused “Paid Soulstones” in their accounts as of July 01, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8) and complete the refund process within the specified period.
    “Paid Soulstones” only include Soulstones purchased directly via the in-game Shop > Soulstone Store. This excludes other items (e.g., Magic Card, Eden Pass, Gift Packs) and “Free Soulstones” obtained from sources such as the Coin Shop or Daily Missions.
    To verify your current balance of “Paid Soulstones” and “Free Soulstones”, please contact our Customer Support Center.
  • Refund applications must be submitted by the actual account holder. Applications made by or on behalf of others will not be accepted.
  • Upon official server closure, all unused “Free Soulstones”, cards, items, and related game data will be cleared and invalidated. These items are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
  1. Application Period
  • From July 01, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8) to August 31, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8).
  • Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. Please ensure you submit your request on time.
  1. Refund Method and Calculation
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer only. Applicants may choose to receive a refund in TWD (for local Taiwan bank accounts) or USD (for overseas bank accounts).
  • Conversion Rate for Paid Soulstones: 90 Soulstones = 30 TWD = 0.99 USD. (Rounded to the nearest whole unit).
  • Refund Amount Calculation: [Paid Soulstones Conversion Amount] - [Operational & Gateway Fees] - [Wire Transfer Fees].
  • [Operational & Gateway Fees] are 40% of the [Paid Soulstones Conversion Amount].
  • [Wire Transfer Fees] are 15 TWD for TWD refunds, or 20 USD for USD refunds.
  • If the calculated refund amount is ≤ 0, no transfer will be executed.
  • For overseas accounts, additional receiving bank fees may apply; please consult your bank for details.

Example (50,000 Paid Soulstones):

  • TWD Value: (50,000 ÷ 90 × 30) = 16,667 TWD. Operational Fee (40%) = 6,667 TWD. Transfer Fee = 15 TWD. Final Refund: 9,985 TWD.
  • USD Value: (50,000 ÷ 90 × 0.99) = 550 USD. Operational Fee (40%) = 220 USD. Transfer Fee = 20 USD. Final Refund: 310 USD.
  1. How to Apply
  • Contact our Customer Support via email with the subject: “Soul of Eden Paid Soulstones Refund Application - [Your SID]”
  • How to find your SID: Tap your avatar on the top-left of the main screen; your SID is displayed beneath your username.
  • Minors must request a “Legal Guardian Consent Form” in their email.
  • Within 10 business days, our team will reply with your “Paid Soulstones” balance, the “Actual Refund Amount,” and the “Refund Application Form”.
  • Complete, sign, and scan/photo the form. Return it via email by August 31, 2026, along with a copy of your ID and Bankbook Cover (or overseas account details matching the applicant’s name).
  • Once verified, the refund will be transferred to your account within 30 working days.

  1. Privacy Policy Regarding Personal Data Collection
  • The categories of personal data collected by Rayark for the purpose of processing refunds include personal identification, financial identification, and government-issued identification data. Items collected include, but are not limited to, name, national ID number/passport number, contact email address, and bank account information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”). This Personal Data is used solely for identity verification and financial processing related to this refund. Except for our partnered payment service providers and financial institutions, we will not provide this data to any third party or use it for any other purpose.
  • Upon the complete conclusion of this refund process, all collected electronic files of Personal Data will be securely destroyed within two months, except for necessary vouchers and records required to be retained under tax laws, government accounting, and auditing regulations.
  • In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, if an applicant requests the cessation of collection, processing, use, or requests the deletion of their Personal Data before the refund is completed, our company will be unable to proceed with the refund process due to the lack of necessary information. In such a case, it will be deemed that the applicant has waived their right to a refund, and any related losses shall be borne by the applicant.

Although we feel deeply saddened by this impending separation, the operations team will continue to do our utmost to maintain stable game operations until the servers are officially shut down. We hope to walk this final journey with you and create the most precious concluding memories for Soul of Eden.
