We’ve received player reports of a login issue on iOS devices. Following some investigation, we’ve confirmed that devices that have been updated to iOS 15.5 are unable to log into the game if the “notification” function of the SOE app is activated.

If you’ve encountered a black screen on your iOS device, please try the following methods:

  • Settings → Soul of Eden App → Notifications → Turn off “Allow Notifications”

Alternatively, some players have found reinstalling the app fixes the issue.
