The details regarding the upcoming account maintenance are as follows:

Accounts that have not logged into Soul of Eden since 2025/04/27 11:00 (UTC+8)
■ Scheduled deletion date
2026/04/27 11:00 (UTC+8)
■ Cleanup scope
The Terms of Service Agreement between us and the holders of qualifying accounts will be terminated. All character data, progress, and related game records within these accounts will be permanently deleted.
Important Reminders:
- Once character data and gmae records are deleted, they cannot be recovered, and no compensation or restoration services will be provided.
- If you wish to keep your account and game records, please log into the game before the scheduled maintenance date to ensure your account is removed from the deletion list.
- Login history will be determined based on the system’s last recorded successful login timestamp.
- If you have any questions regarding your account status, please contact our customer service center before the maintenance date.
