【Card Story System】

Added the background stories for 132 cards. Learn more about your favorite characters! Complete specific card’s story missions to unlock the next chapter of that card’s story.
The first chapter of each card’s story will be gradually uploaded to the game. 6 card’s stories will be added to the game every week! Watch out for game announcements so you don’t miss a single part of this awesome story!
The first chapter for the following cards will be unlocked on 2/1: “The Mothership” Federation, Pulsetank, Sentinel, Medibots, “Lurkein Empress” X’inn, and Terminite

【New Mission System】

We’ve created a new mission system that’ll replace the Daily Missions, but don’t fret! This new version is much better and will give players… more rewards!
In the new missions system, there will be three mission boxes. To make things simple, here we’ll call them the Easy Mission Box, Normal Mission Box, and Hard Mission Box.
Whenever the Easy Mission Box is completed, that box will show a refresh countdown timer. 4 hours later, a new mission will appear. The Normal Mission Box and Hard Mission Box will work the same, but the refresh time will be longer: 7 and 12 hours, respectively.
After completing 7 missions, you’ll get a Mission Chest packed with rewards! The rewards are random, but there’ll be at least 15 cards!

【Limited Lunar New Year Background】

The Land of Souls will temporarily be replaced with the New Year’s Bash background to celebrate the Lunar New Year

【2v2 UI Update】

Ally’s and enemies name, avatar, and faction can now be seen during battle and on the pre-battle/post-battle screens
Each player’s emojis will be displayed in the 4 corners of the screen and will be distinguished by different colors

【Soul Fusion Booster】

Use a Soul Fusion Booster to shorten the wait time for soul fusion!!
Each Booster will shorten the wait time by 1 hour
Soul Fusion Boosters can be obtained via mission rewards; in the future, there will be other ways to obtain them, so stay tuned!

【Battleground Settings】

On the Personal Info page, you can now select the battleground you hope to battle on!
The battleground used on the Battlefield will be chosen from one of the battlegrounds selected by each party
Some battlegrounds are obtained by unlocking factions, while others can be obtained via bundles

【Facebook Friends Connector】

You can now link to your Facebook account on the Friend’s page. If your Facebook friends also play SoE, you will be able to add them in-game.

※ Please note that even if you log in via your Facebook account, you’ll still have to link your Facebook account on the Friend’s page to use this function.

【Balance Changes】

The following cards will be updated during this update: Nuclear Strike, Terminite Queen, Tadakatsu, Catapod, Phoenixite, Igloom, Wyrmling, Red Witch, Ana, Helena, Surprise Cannon, and Faceless Altar. For a detailed description of the changes, please see the Balance Changes announcement, or head to the official Soul of Eden website.

【Fixes】

Fixed the issue where upon a draw, both parties win the match.

【Optimizations】

Enrage is now effective at 50% HP; before it was triggered once HP was under 50%
All free items in the Shop will have a yellow background
3 victory coin rewards are now collected on the Mission page
Daily Missions has been changed to simply Missions
Player levels will be maxed out at Level 100 and will add upgrade rewards.
